HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


If you have decided to return an item, then please contact us. We will advise you on how to repackage the item and will arrange a Parcelforce collection. Simply hand over the package to the Parcelforce driver upon collection.




WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?


Once we have received the return we will initiate the refund process within 1 working day. Payment made via Debit/Credit card could take up to 5 working days. PayPal payments could take up to 2 working days.




WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE COSTS?


We offer free 24Hrs Express postage to all customers within UK. We also offer free collections for all returns. £20 international postage cost for all EU countries.

HOW DOES YOUR HARDWARE WARRANTY WORK?


We offer 1 year hardware warranty with all our macs. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and will cover all hardware related issues. ie Graphics card, CPU and Hard drive failures.

HAVING ISSUES WITH MY IMAC WHAT SHOULD I DO?


Please contact us if you are having any issues with the mac and we will assign an IT tech to assist you.

If we are not able to resolve the issue remotely we may have to arrange a collection so that it can be resolved at our workshop.

We will arrange collection/delivery and will provide updates throughout the resolution process.

SOFTWARE FAQS

DO I OWN THE SOFTWARE LICENCE(S)?


Yes, we have registered the software with Adobe using the mac’s serial number so if you own the mac you also own the registered software. We will include a list of all the activated Adobe serial numbers.




WILL THE SOFTWARE LICENCE(S) EVER EXPIRE?


The software are fully activated and registered CS6 Version so they will be active permanently.

No monthly or annual subscription fees.

In case you have lost or damaged your hard drive we offer free re-installation service throughout the life time of the Mac.




CAN I TRANSFER THE SOFTWARE LICENCE(S) TO MY NEW MAC?


Unfortunately no as the software are registered using the mac’s serial number and we will have to fill out a transfer for with Adobe.

We do offer Portable Adobe SSD drives if you wish to use the software between multiple host macs.

WHAT IS YOUR REFURBISHMENT PROCESS?


All refurbished Mac are subjected to a strict testing and configuration process. All internal components including hard drive, RAMs, CPU, GPU, network connections and displays ports are thoroughly tested to ensure a fully functioning mac. 1. All macs are tested several times to make sure that all components are working perfectly. 2. Any Modules that are flagged with issues are replaced with new functioning parts. 3. A fresh copy of Operating Software software is installed including the Software package. 4. Installed software are fully registered, activated and configured. 5. All macs are thoroughly cleaned, inspected and packaged with appropriate accessories.
